Wild flowers for Wray

We just wanted to let everybody know that we’ve been successful in applying for a wild flower seed kit from the Royal Botanical Gardens in Kew’s Grow Wild organisation.

Grow Wild aims to encourage growth of native wild flowers across the UK, and we expect these will look lovely in the park.

The kit should arrive by March 15, and we expect to hold a working party in the next few weeks for this and also to prep the ground for the kitchen garden project.

We hope to cultivate these seeds in the new Kitchen Garden/Tiered Bed areas.
