Free Yoga in the Park
UPDATE: With regret, we’ve had to cancel today’s free yoga session.
We are hosting a free special yoga session in the park on August 26 at 3pm.
It’s a free Iyengar yoga session. This is a physical form of yoga that develops strength and mobility to boost health and body alignment.
It will be quite a physical session. Support props such as blocks and straps may be used and will be provided. Please come along, wear loose clothes and bring your own mat (some mats will be available)!
There is a limit on how many places we have available so please do write to firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm your free place at this free session.
