Friends group general meeting May 13

We will hold a general meeting on May 13 to elect a new committee and agree a membership structure.

During the meeting we will discuss what we have done in the last year, agree new membership arrangements, and vote for a new management committee.

AGENDA

Report on what we have done, financial condition, and ongoing projects.

New membership structure:

• We need a more formal membership structure for our future.
• Membership will be open to everyone and cost £1.
• Members will have voting rights, may become officers.
• Members must keep to the constitution and policies of the group.

Vote management committee: Chair, Treasurer, Secretary.

Any other business (raised by those present).
