
Thank you for Big Buzz. Countdown to Wray Crescent Festival on July 25
We wanted to thank everyone who made our fifth ever Big Buzz such a great success – the artists, volunteers, organisers, stallholders, and everyone else who turned up to make it such a great day. We really enjoyed it and we are thrilled to say that thanks to generous donations and hard work by Simi’s friends and family we actually broke even on the day.
Now it is time to dust off your festival hats and get ready for the next big community event as we pull it all together for the next Wray Crescent Festival, which returns Saturday July 25 from 12-5.

We’re adding more entertainment all the time. If you want to run a stall, run a blanket stall, perform, or contribute to the show please make contact and get involved.
We’ll be doing an official announcement later on, but thought everyone may want a little advance notice, so here’s what to expect:
What’s coming to the Wray Crescent Festival
- Music including Hells Bees and Take Two
- Circus entertainment,
- The N19 stage and bar (hopefully),
- Coconut shy and fair ground games,
- Bouncy castle,
- Punch and Judy,
- Storytelling with Dragonfly Tales,
- Cycle Islington,
- Face painting,
- Sports and games with Sports School,
- Caribbean and Vegan food, cakes, and coffee stall,
- All kinds of fabulous local craft and produce stalls,
- Our very own bubble man,
- Dancers,
- Drum workshop and dance with Amberliegh,
- Local community groups,
- And finally the amazing and colossal Stroud Green and Hornsey traders raffle (with our deepest, deepest thanks to all our local businesses for your support – if you are a local business and you would like to support us, please make contact),
We expect to announce much, much more as the show comes together.
