A new acting secretary

With regret, Hettie has this weekend stepped down as secretary of FoWCoS.

I think we all want to thank her for all her efforts and look forward to continuing to work with her in future.

Thank you Hettie, your genuine sincerity and care mean so much and I’m so glad you will keep doing things with us.

To fill the vacuum, Kristian Keep has agreed to step forward as Acting Secretary pending our forthcoming AGM. He has excellent relations with people across the park and brings extensive management experience at board level.

He will help guide our grass-roots organization in its transition to becoming an established community organization, with structure and governance to match the challenges of the next decade. 

We are currently planning our next Annual General Meeting, at this point pencilled for an unspecified date in November.
